Copyright and DMCA Policy

Effective October 4, 2026

This is Ardavt's operational launch draft. The platform operator must add its legal entity, address, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures after licensed counsel review before accepting live customer funds.

Reporting copyright infringement

If you believe material available through Ardavt infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to enforce, send a written notice to supportardavt@gmail.com. Include your physical or electronic signature, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact location of the material, your contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Ardavt may remove or restrict access to reported material while reviewing a complete notice, preserve relevant records, notify the affected user, and take appropriate action against repeat infringers.

Counter-notices

If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, consenting to the jurisdiction required by applicable law, accepting service of process from the original claimant, and stating under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

A valid counter-notice may be forwarded to the original claimant. Ardavt may restore material when legally permitted if the claimant does not timely notify Ardavt of a court action.

Designated agent status

This page provides Ardavt's operational notice process. Before public launch, the operator must register and maintain a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and publish the agent's legal name, physical address, phone number, and email here. Registration is a separate government filing and is not completed by publishing this page.
