Terms of Service

Ardavt provides a marketplace and workflow system that connects AI companies with independent industry experts. Ardavt does not guarantee a project outcome, an applicant, or the accuracy of any testing result.

You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use the platform only for lawful professional testing. Accounts may be restricted or suspended for fraud, unsafe conduct, confidentiality violations, harassment, or misuse.

Companies control project scope, instructions, access, and review decisions. Experts must follow the project instructions, disclose material conflicts, submit original work, and promptly report safety or confidentiality concerns.

Project-specific ownership and confidentiality terms control the work product. If a project does not state different terms, the company receives a worldwide license to use accepted submissions for evaluating and improving the tested product.

Funding, earnings, fees, refunds, and disputes follow the Refund and Dispute Policy. Payment processing and identity verification may be provided by Stripe under Stripe's own terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ardavt is provided without implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
