Independent Contractor Agreement
Effective August 27, 2026
Independent services
Experts provide services as independent contractors, not as Ardavt employees, agents, partners, or representatives. Experts control how they perform accepted work subject to the project's deliverables, deadlines, security rules, and quality standards.
Experts may accept or decline projects and may provide services elsewhere, subject to confidentiality, conflicts, and professional obligations. No minimum volume of work or earnings is promised.
Credentials, taxes, and expenses
Experts must keep credentials and professional information accurate and must not perform work outside their lawful scope. Experts are responsible for their own equipment, insurance, registrations, expenses, taxes, and required filings unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Stripe may collect identity and tax information. Ardavt may pause payouts until verification, tax status, sanctions screening, or other legally required checks are complete.
Confidentiality and work quality
Experts must protect confidential project material, use it only for the assigned work, and delete or return it when required. Submissions must be original, accurate to the expert's observations, and free from fabricated testing evidence.
