Privacy Notice

Effective August 27, 2026

This is Ardavt's operational launch draft. The platform operator must add its legal entity, address, governing law, and jurisdiction-specific disclosures after licensed counsel review before accepting live customer funds.

Information we process

Ardavt processes account details, professional profiles, credentials, project activity, messages, submissions, payment workflow records, device information, and support communications needed to operate and secure the service.

Private resumes, credentials, and evidence are access-controlled. Ardavt does not store bank account numbers or taxpayer identification numbers; Stripe collects those details for connected-account and compliance workflows.

How information is used

Information is used to authenticate users, verify experts, match projects, operate testing workflows, process payments, prevent abuse, resolve cases, send operational messages, and meet legal obligations.

Professional profile information is shared only as needed for marketplace evaluation. Project data is shared with authorized project participants and administrators.

Retention and choices

Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. You may request access, correction, or deletion, subject to required retention and the rights of other parties.

You can download your account data or open a tracked access, correction, or deletion request from account settings. The operator must still publish its legal entity, mailing address, jurisdiction-specific disclosures, and privacy contact before accepting live payments.
