Company Services Agreement

The company represents that it may provide the product, data, instructions, and materials used in a project. It must define a lawful scope, identify confidentiality and safety requirements, avoid regulated or harmful testing without appropriate controls, and provide timely review feedback.

The company may approve project applicants and may accept or dispute Ardavt-approved results. Ardavt approves, rejects, or returns expert submissions for revision. Decisions must be based on project requirements and may not unlawfully discriminate or ask experts to misrepresent credentials.

Projects must be funded before work earnings are released. The pay rate entered by a company is the expert's gross earning rate. Ardavt adds a fixed 25% service fee on top of that rate and shows the resulting total billed amount before the project is created or updated.

Hourly projects are billed only for Ardavt-verified and approved active work time, subject to the company's per-tester weekly hour limit. The amount-of-testers setting and weekly limit define maximum exposure; they are not automatic charges. Idle or background time is excluded from verified time.

The company authorizes Ardavt and Stripe to process project funding, refunds, and dispute adjustments consistent with the published policy.

A company should raise work-quality concerns through the case center before approving disputed work. An approval is a material acceptance signal and may limit refund eligibility for the allocated amount.
