Company Services Agreement

The company represents that it may provide the product, data, instructions, and materials used in a project. It must define a lawful scope, identify confidentiality and safety requirements, avoid regulated or harmful testing without appropriate controls, and provide timely review feedback.

The company may approve applicants and submissions, but decisions must be based on project requirements and may not unlawfully discriminate or ask experts to misrepresent credentials.

Projects must be funded before earnings are released. Approved submissions create tester earnings and Ardavt fees. The company authorizes Ardavt and Stripe to process project funding, refunds, and dispute adjustments consistent with the published policy.

A company should raise work-quality concerns through the case center before approving disputed work. An approval is a material acceptance signal and may limit refund eligibility for the allocated amount.
