Refund and Dispute Policy
Effective August 27, 2026
Requesting help
Open a case promptly after discovering a funding, payout, work-quality, confidentiality, or account issue. Include the project, relevant transaction, requested outcome, and supporting facts. Ardavt may request more information and may temporarily restrict activity while reviewing a case.
Refund eligibility
A company may request a full or partial refund of unused project funding. Amounts already allocated as approved tester earnings or Ardavt fees are not automatically refundable. Refunds to the original payment method may take additional time after Stripe confirms them.
Work-quality cases are reviewed using the project instructions, submission, review history, evidence, and communications. Ardavt may approve, reject, request revision, or offer another proportionate resolution where permitted.
Chargebacks and payout disputes
A payment chargeback may cause project access or releases to be paused while the dispute is reviewed. A tester should report a missing payout through the case center; Stripe bank timing and connected-account restrictions may affect delivery.
Nothing in this policy removes non-waivable consumer or statutory rights. Before launch, the operator must add its legal entity, governing law, venue or arbitration choice, notice address, and any jurisdiction-specific cancellation rights after review by qualified counsel.
